Made within KAGENOWA, led by our senior craftsman.
Every KAGENOWA order is made within our own workshop. Once your order is confirmed, one of our senior leather craftsmen takes responsibility for the piece and leads two KAGENOWA artisans through the key stages of making — from leather selection and cutting to stitching, edge finishing, assembly and final review.
The same workshop that begins the piece is responsible for the standard it leaves with. That continuity is how we keep construction, finish and function under our own control.

WHY WE BEGIN AFTER YOUR ORDER
The waiting time is part of the making time.
We do not treat your order as a finished item simply pulled from a shelf. Beginning the making process after your order allows our craftsmen to select and match the leather for the actual piece, complete the finishing close to shipment, and carry out the final review immediately before it leaves our workshop.
The additional time is not idle waiting. It is the time used to make your piece properly.
